They all hit the same. They lead to self-doubt, burn out, and emotional cutoffs. I’m here to teach you that there is a different way to live. A way that leads to self-fulfillment, growth, and happiness.
She’s dedicated her career to helping others redefine their personal values so you can show up for yourselves and your loved ones. This is done by reconnecting with the things that are important to you- yourself, first and foremost, your values, and your interpersonal relationships. At the end of the day, love is love and is the basic foundation of growth. This is achieved through providing a myriad of services: individual, family, and relational therapy.
Therapeutic Methods: She uses an arsenal of interventions derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Interpersonal/Multicultural Therapy, The Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Psychoeducation to promote self-love, self-care, self-preservation, and self-compassion
When I’m not working, you can find me on some adventure with my son, Jayden, or with my friends. I enjoy crafting, organizing, discovering new restaurants, or curled up on the couch with a good read learning something new.
