My name is Nicole Arnn. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate in North Carolina. I graduated with a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I am SYMBIS certified which can help couples who are in the premarital stage. I am trained in Levels I and II Gottman methods. I am currently in the process of becoming an AASECT certified sex therapist. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
My primary focus is helping individuals and couples who are struggling with enjoying their sex life, such as low sexual arousal disorder and erectile dysfunction. On top of this area, I have experience working with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. The treatment methods I use range depending on the person(s) and what works best for them.
I use a direct and challenging therapeutic approach while providing a safe space with positive energy. I use a lot of cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness approaches as I am most familiar with these.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and animals, playing video games, reading, and writing.
