Hello, my name is Gloribel Moreno Rodriguez, and I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. I am passionate about contributing to the mental wellness of diverse communities, especially within the Hispanic community in Central Florida. As a native Spanish speaker, I am proud to offer bilingual services to help make mental health care more accessible and inclusive.

I believe that one of the bravest and most loving things we can do for ourselves is to take care of our mental health. I strive to help my clients achieve their personal goals by providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can be truly heard and understood.

My top priority is building genuine and healthy therapeutic relationships that allow for deep connection and collaboration. By fostering strong rapport, I can work alongside clients to create a personalized path toward healing and growth. I tailor my approach using evidence-based techniques and best practices to meet each individual’s unique needs.

I have specialized training in treating anxiety, phobias, OCD, and panic disorders, and I primarily utilize approaches such as:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Attachment Theory
• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I also incorporate a multicultural lens into my work, respecting and honoring the cultural backgrounds and identities of those I serve. I work with clients ages 7 and up and welcome individuals, couples, and families.
