Courtney is a registered mental health counseling intern that specializes in treating trauma, substance abuse, mood disturbances, such as depression and anxiety, and other challenges that develop throughout life. She enjoys working with teenagers and young adults, however she is open to working with many diverse populations including individuals, couples, and groups.
Courtney’s pursuit is to support and explore the personal and relational needs of each individual through collaborative work towards their therapeutic goals. She aims to empower growth and development, and to improve one’s sense of personal wellness through various approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, effective coping skills, and other useful evidence-based techniques.
Courtney is an LGBTQ+ friendly therapist with she/her/hers pronouns.
