For 20 years, I’ve been the go-to person in times of trouble. I’ve handled conflict communication for Fortune 500 companies, and conducted seminars at businesses all across the country. I teach courses in interpersonal communication at UCF. I hold a master’s degree from Pepperdine University. and I’m in the final stages of a second master's in psychology/CMHC.
